If you need to recover your Trusona account or add a second device to your account, you can do so by downloading the Trusona app from the Apple app store or Google Play Store and follow the normal registration flow on the device you want to recover your Trusona account to.

Ensure to use the same email initially used to register. You will be sent a new email verification.

In order to ensure that you can recover your OTP codes, be sure to follow the instructions in our article called ‘Backup and Restore your OTP Codes’. This will allow you to set up a backup on your device using iCloud or Google Drive to restore your OTP codes if you need to recover your Trusona account again.
