If you ever experience trouble signing in on an android device please ensure the following:

  • Google Play Services are available on the device.
  • The Google Play Store can check the integrity of the device.
  • The device is not rooted.
    Rooting an Android device is when a user has granted themselves elevated privileges over the operating system. 


If the device is still experiencing issues when attempting to sign in, you can clear the Google Play’s cache.


To clear the cache on the Android Device:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Click on Apps & notifications.
  3. Click on App info.
  4. Click See all apps.
  5. Click Google Play Services.
  6. Click Storage
  7. Click Clear cache.
  8. Click Clear storage.
  9. Click Clear all data.
  10. Click OK.
  11. Redownload the Trusona Mobile App.
