For troubleshooting purposes, there may be a time you will need to send our support team your Trusona app logs. 


In order to do so, your Trusona app version will need to be on 4.4.7 and above for iOS, and 4.14.0 and above for Android.


Android steps


On Android devices, you can send the logs by following the steps below.


1) In the Trusona app, click on the Person icon towards the top right of the app. 

2) Select Send app logs.



3) Confirm you would like to send the app logs by selecting 'Send app logs'.



4) You may be asked how you would like to share the log file with us, but may automatically go to your default email app. Choose the email app you currently use. It will auto populate an email with support@trusona.com in the to: field.

iOS steps


On iOS devices, you can send the logs by following the steps below.


1) In the Trusona app, click on the Person icon towards the top right of the app. 

2) Select Send app logs.



3) Confirm you would like to send the app logs by selecting 'Send app logs'.



4) An email will be automatically generated using your default email app and will auto populate the to: field with support@trusona.com.
