Trusona utilizes the security on your mobile device to get into the Trusona app. If you have not set up any security to get into your mobile device the Trusona app will not allow you to register.
Most Ideal mobile security (Biometic)
- Face ID
- Touch ID
Other forms of mobile security
- PIN
- Pattern
- Password
(These 3 options are not ideal but older mobile devices may not offer a biometric option)
When using TouchID on an Apple device hold your finger on the home button but do not click on the button as that may take you out of the Trusona App.
